Look Inside is a reiki-infused necklace that symbolizes the beauty that is within all of us. It takes courage to face the certain things that we uncover about ourselves. When different sides of us are revealed it can be hard to not feel the feelings that automatically may come up like shame or anger. It is only natural to have these reactions. And, to remember that we are human and we can grow through these discoveries. To recognize them, hold space for them, and show them love and compassion. Then, let go of the sides of us that no longer serve us. We are ever-evolving humans. Let go of the fear and look inside. 

Look Inside is made with the flow of reiki energy. It is set with the intention of bringing those that wear the piece the compassion and courage needed to approach the many sides of them that come through during their healing process.
